Join Tina Cannon for a hands-on, two-day experience where you’ll learn the art of whole hog cooking on my homemade block pit.

Class Schedule:

📅 Day 1 – November 8 (2 PM sharp)

  • Pit basics & hog preparation
  • Seasonings, injections, & flavor layering
  • Q&A and open forum discussion
  • Notebooks provided for taking notes

📅 Day 2 – November 9 (Early start)

  • Lighting the pit & managing the fire
  • Hands-on whole hog cooking]Preparing additional BBQ dishes for lunch]
  • Learning classic sides & desserts
  • Grand family-style meal featuring the hog we cooked together
    (Non-class travel companions welcome to join us for the final meal!)

Special note from Tina: Once the hog is done we'll sit down to a southern style pig picking, and learn how to separate and locate all of the sections of meat... and then we'll all sit down for dinner with a Q&A session.

Take home bags will be available for anyone that wants to take home some leftovers.
